Precision Diesel Machine billet aluminum tappet cover for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 24V Cummins (VP44 applications). A direct replacement for the factory leak-prone tappet cover — machined from a single piece of billet aluminum and sealed with high-temp RTV instead of the OE rubber gasket that hardens and leaks over time.
This is the no-breather variant for 24V applications. All required hardware is included. For the 1989-1998 12V Cummins, see the 12V tappet cover w/ breather (PDM-08152).
