At Dirty Diesel Customs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the apparel is in its original, unwashed condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
