The BD Diesel Iron Horn Turbo Kit is a drop-in replacement turbo kit for the 2003-2007 Cummins Trucks. This kit is not only an extremely affordable way to make some serious power, but it will also increase your fuel efficiency and throttle response. It's a direct drop-in replacement for the 2005+ Cummins, however anything 2003-2004 we'd recommend picking up a set of 30%+ injectors to help spool this turbo. If you're looking to retain your reliability, make some extra power, and tow with your truck, then the Iron Horn Kit is for you.

The Iron Horn Turbo Kit includes all the hardware necessary for installation and includes BD Diesel's 2-piece turbo manifold. The 2-piece manifold design allows the manifold to expand and contract with the heat and completely removes the risk of cracking or stress fractures.

Notes

• Turbo Mount Exhaust Brakes cannot be installed with this kit! Use a Remote Mount Exhaust Brake Instead!
• 2003-2004 Trucks will require a 2004.5-2007 style aftermarket downpipe such as the FLO-20811
