FR3 is an oil additive that increases the lubricating and wear-reduction properties of the motor oil you're already putting on your vehicle. The FR3 friction reducer is named for its unique three proprietary synthetic lubricants that have special lubricating properties even compared to PAO or mPAO synthetics of the same viscosity.
