Industrial Injection's Add-A-Turbo kit converts an existing 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins running a Phatshaft into a compound setup by stacking a BorgWarner S475 (75/96/1.32) as the atmosphere turbo. Designed for trucks already running larger injectors and ready to step up airflow.

Notes
- Requires an existing Phatshaft with a 4 3/8" HE351 large flange or equivalent.
- Will not work with Steed Speed or AFE manifolds.
- Does not include a recommended high-flow exhaust manifold.
- Multiple turbo variations are available depending on the existing Phatshaft — call for options.
- Dedicated competition use only — not legal for on-road, off-road, or dual-use vehicles.
